How to make or where to by large steel rings

I need steel rings 1 to 3 feet in diameter from either solid or tube steel 1 to 3 inches in diameter. How do you make them or where can you buy them? I have a 16 ton tube bender, but it will only bind

I made this anvil/stake yesterday, from a steel rod and some scrap wood. I've been wanting to forge a rounded contour to rings for design and comfort and it works perfectly!

The block on the right side slides off to allow the ring to slip over the stake. That's my grandpa's mallet, it's very soft. He was a Boeing machinist - I don't know exactly what he did with it, but it's great for massaging silver without marring the surface at all. I've had it in the back of a tool box for years - since he died in 1986 or so, and now I've found a purpose for it. I couldn't be happier.

Here is a ring with more Overlay work. I was commissioned to make this ring for the same person that I made the Fluer De Lis bracelet, but the cool thing is is that she doesn't know she's getting this ring...a twenty year relationship gift from her boyfriend! It was his idea and my design-(xx infinity xx). He's very excited about this! I'm happy for those two lovers!

I've been working on this ring today. Once finished, it will look almost like the Cuff in the back ground. The ring has been raised using the Anticlastic raising technique. I'm really excited about the finished product!

I assisted a jewelry class at the folk school (John C Campbell, Brasstown NC) last week during which I got to finish a ring and do a pin for a friend - she's having chemo & the slogan is inspired by her husband's t-shirt.
