alloy | bronze | copper | Cusn10 | Cusn20 | Cusn8 | Cymbal | Phosphor | tin I am looking for any suppliers who have 24" X 24" 1-2 mm thick sheets of cusn8, cusn10, cusn20, or any of the in between, phosphor bronze. I am a aspiring cymbal smith and, aside from ordering B20-cusn20 blanks from turkey, I haven't been able to come across any sort of sheets of these alloys. I have tried National Bronze Metals, but to no avail. Any suggestions or recommendations would be much appreciated. rusting steel/ tin

rust patina | steel | tin Hi everyone. Im needing a bit advice please on rusting metal quickly. I discovered this site a few weeks ago as I was looking for tips which I found in your forums. I also just want to say it is a fantastic site and I spent ages browsing everyones work rather than doing my own work, lol. You produce some fantastic pieces. 90% Copper 10% Tin Bronze source?

bronze | bronze casting | casting | copper | smelting | tin Hey all, I'm trying to get ahold of straight 90/10 CuSn Bronze for some bronze age tools and experiments. C90700 Phosphur Bronze is about as close as I can come to it with a commercially available product. I was thinking of simply smelting my own, but the cost of copper is just insane right now. $7.67 per pound for copper is just nuts. grim reminder
