I have a great idea for a sculpture made out of nails. I am new to working with metals and welders, so I am unsure as to what would be the best type of welder for such a job. The project will take many small welds that will connect nails that range in size from 1 inch to 8 inch. Any help is greatly appreciated.

O.k. I am just sick of this. I have spent the last 3 years trying to figure out my wire feed problem and I still haven't. It always starts out fine, smooth feed, even. Then after awhile it starts to get spitty, starts to be uneven, fits and starts. It no longer makes the pretty and perfect line it starts with.
