20"H x 14"W x 13"D Created using 24 & 26 gauge galvanized steel wire. The end of each twig is hammered flat to create a flat leaf which gives the tree a very full appearance. The tree sits on a mound made of sea sand many assorted pebbles and rocks. The sea sand and pebbles are painted in yellows and greens using India ink, which will not fade and gives the appearance of moss covered earth. The piece is planted on a 6.5 inch round antique solid wood base, with hand cut openings on the sides. It was made in Japan.Bonsai with Hammered Leaves, wire tree sculpture: 20"H x 14"W x 13"D Created using 24 & 26 gauge galvanized steel wire. Bonsai on Bamboo - Wire Tree Sculpture

Bonsai on Bamboo - Wire Tree Sculpture
8"H x 5"W x 5"D. Made of 24 gauge steel wire that was allowed to rust, producing a warm dark brown color. The tree is bonded to a small piece of slate, covered with sea sand and pebbles, then painted in yellow, green and white India ink. The sand and pebble mixture has the appearance of moss covered earth. The sculpture is planted in a rectangular, light green, glossy ceramic container. This sculpture includes a small bamboo platform. All the colors used are "light fast" and will not fade.
