This ten inch bowl is fold formed, the center is press work.

An annealed copper sheet is placed on a rubber pad or sheet of neoprem. The wire is placed where the fold is to be. Rubber cement will hold it in place long enough. A metal plate or heavy sheet of plexiglass is placed over this, forming a sandwich.
