The Artoprise Chronicles - Chapter 8

Author/illustrator: Chris Ray - adapted from an original manuscript

Hornk was being a constant pain in the butt, cutting across the workspace, bumping into everything while he trekked back and forth between the bus and the room that his metal spinning machine was set up in.  He had to constantly check the fit of cowls, covers, bezels and all the other spun and turned parts required for the main control panel.  What was most annoying, was his off keyed humming, and though he was happiest while working, others around him were usually not.  Good thing he was tucked away in that little room in the back.

Trekking back and forth to check the fit

Bull and Queleena tore out the old stuttering transmission in the bus and tossed it aside.  It took a lot of sweat, but they finally assembled the final unit and it was one hot tomalli.  Fully automatic with turbo torque glide to smooth out the shifting, and it had a super high speed compander built in which is going to require a special speedometer to measure it's potential speed.  Yeah, this is one bad turkey.
