Thanks Jan,
Apparently,and unfortunately(for me), the Catholic Church(at least domestically) has changed their attitude about displaying large scale or life sized crucifixes. I've tried to get the attention with this piece of the diocese of San Francisco and Los Angeles without any success,as well as the Vatican...
