This piece was inspired by a shell fragment . It is welded stainless steel 1/8th inch thick and has been retrofit as a fountain and purchased by Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa,placed in the inner courtyard of the trauma center.
Hopefully it provides some "leveling" for the equanimity of those waiting for loved ones in emergency surgery.
