What acids did you use?

HI Stephen,

I used only organic acids.

These days I'm never sure

These days I'm never sure quite what a non-chemist means when he says "organic."

When you say "organic acids" do you mean stuff like vinegar or citrus juice, or do you mean the acids that are classed as organic chemically, such as lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, uric acid, oxalic acid, etc that are not mineral acids? (Well, maybe not the oxalic or citric acids since they tend to remove rust, but the others.)

Can you clear this up for me? Thanks.

Rich
