Sculpture Gallery | metal | mixed media | steel | wood ![]() I was fortunate enough this year to be invited to the 15th Annual Sculpture Show at the magnificent home and sculpture garden of Mark and Tinka Jordy. Among the exhibiting artists were Mike Roig, Jim Adams, Carmen Elliott, Jeff Hackney, Tinka Jordy, Sam Spiczka, William Moore and Edwin White. I have never enjoyed more a show, nor to be more endeared by so many wonderful and supportive artists - It was a terrific weekend! I am attaching one of my favorite pieces that I displayed in the show. It is made from steel and wood. It is about 18 foot tall and loosely based around the oddity of the tree climbing goats of Morocco. ![]() Hi Paul, not sure how I

Hi Paul, not sure how I missed this post, but I'm glad you posted the detail shot. I really like this sculpture. It's abstract, it's fun, it's big, and Lin is right, the goat looks like it's about to jump down. Really great work. Is it steel with a rust finish or is it painted? What a unique and enjoyable venue for a sculpture show. It looks so relaxed and unpretentious. I'm jealous that I have not heard of a show like that around here, either to show in it or just to attend. Jake Jake Balcom ![]() no apparent reason

Jake- The venue for the show was fantastic and met a great bunch of people. Hope to do it again next year. Thank you again for the compliments! Regards, paul ![]() woohaa!

Hold-on there buddy!! I love the suspense, like you have to wait for a minute to see what will happen. It's not often that i get tripped up and overtaken buy any set of circumstances, like your precariously balanced friend. But in this case, you've remarkably captured the movement, balance, and timing. Cool... ![]() Excellent Deev Vanorbeek -
