Another not so great photo,just slapped it on the outside wall of the shop, but I love this bird. He just looks ready to take off. It's about 3.5ft long, mild steel, copper, and brass.The light is behind the leaves. The steel leaves and a lot of the bird are actually made from sheet metal I recycled from our old washing machine.

Hi Matt, hey as the Bird Man said, excellent bird! and the whole work. Wish I could see it in real. If I remember well, you considered hanging up your hammer frustrated over being far from a marketing place? You have so much talent and probably time invested into developing those skills, there are people making money on work that do not come close to yours. Work on marketing, you got your act together as far as quality art work goes. I enjoy watching this type of work. Pure inspiration! Nelson.
