.. another one sided conversation with the muse. The corrogated looking piece of steel ( yes it's solid ) was given to me.. all the voices said 'wall'.

The muse was emphatic about this one, but rather vague on the why part of it.

.......... sometimes it amazes me, too. There is something a little magic about the old RR spikes that seems to ooze humanity.

BTW, the spikes used on this work are miniature RR spikes - maybe 4 inches long. A track maintenance company lets me dumpster dive - lot of goodies in their dumpster.
