Hi Jay,
Welcome again to this site. Your sculpture is simple, but you`ve capture typical fern features with no doubt. The fern seems to aim straight into the sky, to the sun, a bit different from the hanging fern leaves, well some grow upright, so anything goes with those plants. I suggest you read the "say what you think" post by Chucky Boy, is interesting and will shed light on the commenting other's work issue, for better criticism. Nelson.

The stone base is a nice touch and very appropriate. Fiddle heads we call them. And this is a good example of the nice and easy way stubborn old steel seems to represent glorious old lady nature. How tall is it?
