Another Wall Piece

here's another piece from the scrap pile. Had some fun on Sunday, just welding things up. I did another but it's not done yet. No title for this one yet. Janet R.

Lovely wall peice

Wow....thanks everyone

What a great way to start the morning...all these nice compliments from my friends/peers!!!! Thank you. This piece was thrown together but the product of months of intense work....then suddenly...I'm set free.
It's patinaed..Birthwood Casey. Beautiful patina. Thank you everyone that told me about different patina companies.Modern Options , which was my favorite is no longer making patinas. And Brushed steel. Bill...I welded everthing from the back drilling holes...a previous suggestion of yours...it works! Again thanks....I love you guys and hope to meet each one of you one day! More!

Janet,

What a great study of lines and planes. Reminds me of the Modernist pieces from the '50s. I think you should pursue this a bit further. Wall pieces have a vast market and there is plenty room for exploration. Great sense of style, space and volume. Let's see more.
