Okay.... I Think My Son Found the Mistake?

Hi Everyone,
Well, my son checked the file and the pictures were way too big ,so he reduced them. I hope my camera doesn't load them like that again, as Damon is heading to college and I might not be able to figure it out on my own. Anyway, last weekend I didn't spend too much time working , but here's a new piece. It's along the same lines as "Rift". Still in progress. I'm really thinking about attempting one of these large scale. janet R.

Nice piece, Janet! I especially like the textural details you added; they highlight the bold shapes very nicely. That one would surely look good on a large scale. Go for it!

I've looked at the picture of this new work three separate times, and each time I ended up under water.Must be the suggestion of a left to right current. Make a BIG one!

Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments. I did some work this weekend but left that piece on the side, I'm not sure what else to do to it. Frank that's a wacky comment!!!!
I guess that's good. I really ,really want to make one of these large scale. I will check out a place I get things cut etc. and see if they can cut me a 3' one out of stainless......Janet R.

Very interesting piece. I like the texture and the ribbon flow along with the solidness of the main piece. Is that how you are going to leave it or are you going to color some? Little black birchwood casey on some areas would be cool.

This piece isn't finished yet, I havent been in my studio for two weeks. I want to add alittle more to it and some texture. I don't know if I wil put any patina on it. This weekend I hope to complete a few pieces in the works. I'll psot the results. janet R.
