Hey Bill,This is my first

Hey Bill,

This is my first attempt at a face. I was in a disturbed mood obviously. I was actually inspired to do this piece by Paul Hill's "Contemporary Prodigal," and therefore had the intent to make this part of a torso. I'm probably not done with the face, but even at this point, I'm not sure what tone the torso would take, considering the mood of the face. Mangled, twisted steel comes to mind (scoliosis). I guess I'm still in a funk.

PS: that's not snot, it's a scar from dishing (or living)...

glad to know it's SNOT what it looked like. :)
Can't wait to see how this one "evolves"....Way to take advantage of a "funk". WE all get inspiration from many different sources. I like the idea of making a positive from a negative. FUNky art..works too. Anatomy is a very challenging subject, keep on keepin on.
