This is so pretty, makes me think of the days of late spring (in new england) when the big weeds start choking the life out of the newly blossoming flowers, how old is this peice and what is it coated with?? The 3-D shape and color is great, great job.

Is that a crow eating corn husks I see?

No Metal left behind, once was lost but now is all welded together!

Thanks. The piece is about 4 months old and it has no coating. It was made out of Corten steel and will end up with a rust patina over time. The bird is actually a meadowlark. The piece was for a nature center and they wanted native plant and animal species. The meadow lark happens to be the state bird, so it got top billing.
