Hi Janet,
Thanks for the kind words.
You know I really want to put a coat of something over this but I'm just not sure what to use.
I had a real problem in the past when I clear coated a piece with Clear Laquer Spray Finish
What is Niolak?
Thanks,
Chuck

What to do....

First I buff off all the excess rust with fine steel wool...that usually brings up the finish nice. Then I spry a coat or two of Niolak....when I'm at my studio this weekend I will get the exact spelling and company info for you (and Rob)
Which patina company did you use? Someone here at ArtMetal told me to try Birchwood Casey since Modern Options stopped making good patina. It really is nice. SteelyJan

Hey Chuck, what.s the meaning, if I can ask, of your sculpture. A see a "tipped" message...? nelson.

Hi Nelson,
No, there really isn't any hidden message in this piece.
The title is just one of those things I thought of because no one is telling me what to create, think or feel as far assmy Art goes.
Something we all take for granted.
The interesting thing for me is that when I make an Abstract I never know what other images will apear within the peice.
However, after I sketched this piece out on paper I felt compeled to create a sculpture!
Thank you ever so much for your kind words on both recent postings.
I'm never sure if I'm the only one who likes what I create?
Chuck
