Pillar of friendship sculpture

In the summer of last year there was the BABA agm held at ironbrige gorge museum. There were eight or ten masters invited from all over the world to design a panel. There was also a competition in the artist blacksmith magazine open to all members to design a panel for the remaining apertures. I decided to have a bash at it and was amazed to be chosen along with 5 others. It was an amazing experience, one i will never forget.
The pillar is now going to be Exhibited at Liverpool as part of the European city of culture

I haven't had much time to post comments lately, but this is a really great piece Adrian. I love the size and all of the elements from the different participants. Congratulations on being picked to be one of the designers. Do you have close ups of the work inside the boxes? Be sure to post some picts in it's final setting.
