lizards | rust | scrollsaw | steel | water spray  I have started a rust on the lizard ball and this is a round spray pattern. I have decided to let the rust be the protective coating on the steel and not add any other finish. It may be a "keeper" but I still have some work to do on it. I will also post a picture of the rear view of the rock to show the garden hose connection.  lizard ball sprinkler

Rich, You are welcome for the inspiration and thanks for the compliment. Of course I see everything that is wrong with it. Thats natural I guess. If you have seen my last two posts, it has been evolving. I may have to make a series of them. I am getting pressure from my wife to keep it. I have been making smaller spheres to perfect my method. It was difficult at first to keep it round but I finally came up with a simple jig that works well. Mark » reply |
