Warren, You are right about the chrome showing every little scratch. I have had chrome plating done in past and found if it was too much to smooth the finish, it was best to go for the distressed look so that the imperfections looked planned. I do like your idea of leaving it with the copper plating. That gives me the option of a lot of nice patinas. Thanks! Next I am doing a flying pig ball. » reply |

Cool way that it is all shiney. Chrome umm would have to be sanded really good, lots of work. Might want to back up a step and just have them leave on the copper plating before the chrome. Could patina. Interesting concept of the lizzards. warren
