Too bad your client didn't give you the money to make it out of non-ferrous metals because then you could've done some cool patina work without the thing rusting.It just seems to be begging for color.You leaf shapes are cool!

Really nice job on the leaves, Sam! The final product looks quite good, the only minor qui8bble I have is the machine-made scrolls with the flat ends. With all the great work that went into the leaves, I'd much prefer to see them framed by scrolls that were turned by hand so they didn't have that little straight bit at the ends. If you built a simple little propane forge you could turn those scrolls on a jig and make them much more attractive that way.
