This roof i installed took 2 weeks to complete. i made all straight 10 foot copper roof panels, and then used a tool called a metal shrinker/stretcher to hand curve each roof panel to fit curvature of roof. I then, soldered roof panels together at ridge for water tight termination. All roof panels are turned around a custom copper drip edge at eve edges. Gutters are typical 5 inch round. I made copper fascia by cutting it with curves but allowing for a quarter inch turned 90 degrees on top and bottom to attach to roof panels and soffit. Any op edge is fully soldered. chimney was flashed first for installation of first roof panel.
