Shop thread

Second picture. This is looking back towards the wood shop (two pictures superimposed on each other for the "panorama" effect). The shop is all below grade (for heating/cooling efficiency and noise control) except for the wall on the left. This wall is a 40" run with two sliding glass doors and two full length windows (I like lots of natural light). I used attic trusses for the construction so I have a large attic storage space that runs the length of the blacksmith shop.

Holy _ _ _ _ no wonder you do such great work. It's great to have lots of room and lots of tools. Everybody always comments on pictures of clean shops, I say good for you. My shop is always clean, I can't think if I walk into a messy shop to start a new project. Thanks for the pics, Mele

Sweet!!!Rob

Nice shop.....and so neat! It looks like a wonderful workspace. I'm with you and Mele. I can't work when there's a crap load of metal dust everywhere esp. under my feet. It makes me nuts. I like to keep my tools in order. But my metal racks end up a distaster every time. This summer I'm hoping to have Walter build me a rack in our garage-ish space where I can really store my longer lengths in the proper order. Sometimes I don't even know what I have!
Netx weekend I'll do the same >>>Panorama is good. Janet R>
