Some very good ideas. I will be expiermenting tonight. Iam thinking Barbed wire mane and Tail. I have done 100% barbed wire sculptures in the past, gives great detail and texture. » reply  It could use some ears, too!

Look'n Good
Hi Randy,
Your horse is look'n good.If you made the tail swish outward and the horse's mane come outward toward the viewer it might reinforce the 3D effect.
I know it would be a lot more work, but how about turning the horse's head to its left some.
