Thanks all for pos replys. The process for twisting big stuff, same as little stuff. Alot of heat(5 weed burners)and alot of twisting force(15 foot long inch x three flat bar with comalong on end. Will try to snap a pic to post next time. chow for now, jay. » reply twist finish

Hi Jay. I`m in the process of making a propane gas burner forge.After seen your simple yet beutiful work, I`ve got to make sure I`ll be able to stick a pipe in. Nonetheless, if I can, I`d rather go a little thinner wall like 3/16 or less. Again, great! Keep posting. love to see your work. nelson. » reply |

so its hamered out of steel and thermalcoloured it? how dit you shape it? did you fill it with pitch or just started working and see where it goes?
