Thanks Brad for comments.Actually, I`m located in Venezuela,by the Caribean. Those canvas hanging down are mainly for drizzle floating in, and also when it rains hard with wind.If it wasn`t because I really need more room, I would stay in the shade for good. And that state is great climate wise and everything else. nELSON. ![]() Brad I live in Bolivar

Brad I live in Bolivar State, south of the country bordering Brazil and the Amazone. The state has natural marbles like the Great Plains (they`re different from the US plains),actually the look of them is uniqe in the world, you find peculiar truncated huge mountains called Tepuy`s, and amazing waterfall one of them being the highest(over 1000 mt). The region is being visited by Europeans turist mostly, and numbers are on the raise as lodges and other turists facilities are being built. It`s a shame it`s taken so long to develop such an interesting industry.never too late.Recently,a guy show me some pictures taken from a small plane flying over some sites that would be well worth showing to yo guys.I`ve only been to some sites, and was just left mouth opened when I saw those pics.Words can`t describe.Anybody coming to La Gran Sabana, surely got to comeback.Check it out under " " " . Interesting Brad. ![]() ///////////////hmmm

Rob I didn`t want to title this one as a "shop thread" after I saw Kevin`s and yours. Anyway, after I took the pics and saw them on my PC, I said oh shit forgot to take the funky chair out of the way! it`s where I seat to rest, think, and watch how the work is going. Thanks for your kind eye Rob. nelson. ![]() Great art from simple means...

Hi Nelson, How simple...and how simply beautiful. Your work is amazing and look how little we need. All one needs is the passion to create and ......it's earthed. Would love to see the beauty of your country someday. Janet R. ![]() Hi Janet: You`re right when

Hi Janet: You`re right when you say we don`t need much to be creative, and I think that applies to most things in life,as we strive to have more and more thinking we`ll be happier.Let`s face it though, having a couple more tools makes things easier, but easier it is to fall into the technology race to acquire more and more. That`s another subject right. Thanks for your kind comments and I hope to share some pics of the area, you`ll enjoyèm and some of you will think hey I wanna go to Gran Sabana some day in my life.I sound as if I was promoting a travel agency huh.I was born here, and there are places on this earth like the Sequoia National Park,The Great Canyon, to mention just two in the U.S.,Machu Pichu in Peru, etc. that every human being should visit as possible, to appreciate how precious this planet is. Charles Angels, I think he was the American, who discover the highest water falls in this region.Name after him:Angel`s Falls.it`s only over one hr small plane flight to the site and I haven`t gone yet, shame on me!Will soon, and hope some of you dare adeventure cause you`ll never regret it! ![]() Office with a Window
