Thanks- as to the vines the process is dirt simple. I usually use 3/8 round bar and taper the end. then I either forge texture down the length or grind long flats with a 7 in flap wheel. Heat and twist randomly- then put in some arbritrary bends by slapping hot steel over the horn of my anvil. Then simply tack weld in a spot that looks good and follow with torch. when it looks right its right. Good luck. » reply ![]() Love the blend of media also.

Hey,
I really like your gate. Can I ask what process you use to make or bend the vines. I want to make an arbor for myself (my first big piece) and I am going to have vines on it. I haven't figured out how I am going to do it yet.
Thanks, Mele
