Yep, that's how it all starts. You do one thing, then another, and the next thing you know, you just have to admit you're hooked. You start hiding money in secret places so you can get more tools and materials, you work furtively late into the night to try new things, you think about whether you could live without transportation if you sold your car to buy a powerhammer, etc. It's a sickness, I tell ya! Good first leaves, Mercury.
Good first leaves, Mercury. Keep on doing them and they just get better and easier with practice.
Natural forms, such as leaves, are fun to do and make very effective elements in lots of different pieces. I like to collect leaves, particularly dried ones, and try to copy/emulate them in forged metal. Living in the tropics, I get some pretty unusual leaves, too.
