Thanks everybody for the complements. It was fun to play with. It is about 2 feet tall. I really didn't put a finish on it, I played alittle with heating and brushing it with a brass brush. I read someone elses' post about that and wanted to see how it worked, so it has a very slight brassy tint. ![]() tree

I am actually brand new to this forum (my 1st post) and I am trying to learn what needs to be done to create something so beautiful. I have seen these types of trees done as table centerpieces in high end weddings with tea candles and crystals hanging from them. My husband and I are renewing our wedding vows on our 25th Anniversary in 2011 and I want to learn to make these for our wedding. You are very talented and I look forward to browsing this forum/site for more from all those here. Thanks for all your inspiration! |
