200 ton homemade press

home made tools  This is a 200 ton hydraulic press that I built. It is made from a cat tractor cylinder that I cut down and an otc 10,000psi pump as well as a vickers 5hp pump for general pressing I have a pendant switch hooked up so I can hide behind a wall if I am doing something I shouldn't. |

Are you sure about the Tonage? I've never seen that much tonage produced from that small of a Ram Cylinder and single pin Frame. The hydraulic hose you've installed isn't reinforced steel braid.
It's going to move some metal, but man I sure would be careful.
I've been working with Hydraulics for 20 plus years and it still scares the hell out of me!
I think you've done an Awesome Job on this.
