Hey Steve,
That is some cool stuff. I can't wait to try it when I get the opportunity. I am assuming that it has movement, right? It looks like a cuff. I figure you did not freeze the links.

Hey Stefani,
This is a neck torque not a cuff.
It is quite flexible in spite of it's strength.
Each bend was forged,meaning heat was used(acetylene torch)but not welded except the finials...
