hi rob, thanks for the nice comment. i am just getting into fold forming but am really enjoying it.i first anneal my piece then figure out where i want the folds. i fold it then hammer at the fold on both sides, anneal again and open the piece.the dome shape i did using a dapping block.one of the things i love about doing it is that your never really sure what is going to happen with it, it always changes as you go. anyway, have fun.  Very nice! It's got great

This is interesting. I'm starting to experiment with fold forming myself and would like to hear how you went about this. Also, I love the diagonal lines across the piece and the domed shaped on it. Is there anyway of seeing a bigger picture of this? Was that domed shape a fold side effect, or repoussed in? Makes me think of a cabochon bezel set.
