Hi Gerald, I specially like

Hi Gerald,
I specially like the riveting and the twisted legs. In regards to the twists, did you first power hammered that slit or line along the middle? That line together with those delicate turns look like leaves turning up and around the leg. Excellent to me! Nelson.

The line was hand chiseled.

The line was hand chiseled. I just get a few inches of iron hot at a time in the forge and then chisel away. I can get three sides in one heat, but not the fourth, so I generally just do two side/two heats. It's a common motif with twisting. The deeper the cut, the more dramatic the look. If you make a top and bottom swage, you can really get a nice look

Gerald, I didn`t want to

Gerald,
I didn`t want to consider the hand chiseling option, well that makes your work deserve more credit yet. Congratulations!
Nelson.
