K-Zen,
Again, nice clean lines in your design.
Chairs take a tremendous amount of time, energy, and engineering, to make COMFORTABLE out of metal. The major problem being human beings are not all uniform in size shape and weight...Having done quite a few myself,my hat comes off for those who have delved deep into this "meditation".A book that really helped my exploration was "1000 Chairs"by Charlotte and Peter Fiell, published by Taschen.
Here's my best effort to date,as far as comfort goes, for a chair in metal.
