Nice bronze

Janet, yeh that color of steel is a nice bronze color. If I use Birchwood Casey Brown and delute some and I can get around that color. Stronger mix and gets darker to a brown. It actually has a little powder topping and with scotch pad gives a richer color.

Actually it was at your suggestion. I'll try diluting the Birchwood Casey product, but I bought the blackening color, they didn't have a brown at the Sculpture Supply
place. I like it , it's a nice product. Also that Scientific Patina company looks good too. I will try their patinas also. Thanks for your help. Janet R.
