I know this isn't metal work, but I have a mixed media table (brass, copper, wood) almost ready and I was just wondering how people view this table. It has a walnut top and pupleheart legs. The legs are machined into tenons that go through the top and are wedged and glued in with holly wedges. Theedges of the table are concave but it is hard to see it in this piture and the figure on this wood on the legs and the top are not even close to showing fully in the pics. I got lucky with the wood. I hope posting this non-metal picture is ok.

that is a nice table!
I like the way the legs look sort of random but are actually cut to exact standards.
The wedged tenons look like giant flat head screws
