Hi Johan,
Yes this is where I live, in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the Hiawatha National Forest.
Finnish settlements here have greatly enriched our local culture.

It looks beautiful!... I can see why the Finns chose to stay, they must've felt at home - the picture could've been taken in any Swedish or Finnish forest!... But Hiawatha National Forest, Michigan sounds remote - could very well be the same latitude as Northern Sweden...
