Happy Autumn

Hi Marilyn,
Thanks. The air is intoxicating in the forest right now and the colors lift my soul.

The tower is around 26 feet tall, each strut is two foot in length. The chime is made using 1.5 " copper pipe and the longest pipe is around eight feet long. The sound is similar to church bells.
Happy Autumn,
Frank

Hi Frank,
Curious about the air intoxicating??? Why? Looks like a nice tower for the grandchildren to climb up and slap the pipes huh. Gee Frank, I`m trying to imagine what a church would sound like in the forest. My best guess is something like a small farm town, a mines town maybe, oh well. Frank, I will need your pro advise on a sculpture project which should be posted here in artmetal soon. Hope to gather enough info to get out of a bind ... see you. nelson.

Intoxicating

Hi Nelson,
I did not mean that the air caused me to be intoxicated in the literal sense.I meant that it made me feel good. Ironically, the leaves are in a state of fermentation and the aroma is pleasant.

I'm no pro by any stretch of the imagination, but will do my best to help, brother.
Peace,
Frank
