Accuser of Brethren

Accuser of Brethren

The devil made me do it.. I don't buy that. The Accuser of Brethren is a caricaturization of mankind's own dark side.We think, we say, we act,we are. Then we blame.Life is good. I simply saw this in a situation and beat it out of metal.

We can be scary....

I like that way of thinking .....if I'm not banging or welding I sometimes am being beat on ( martial arts) keeps my demons in line. Like the Accuser, he is imposing . janet R.

Nice work Frank.

I'm wondering how big he is. Is it all sheet metan, or have you used some solid bar?

I was noticing with this piece and Janets last post that you manage to polish qall of the nooks and crannies. Are you using a dremel , pickling and polishing....or something else?

Wire Brush

Hi Peter,
Accuser is 17" to the tip of his horns. I use a wire wheel brush on my angle grinder. The brush throws the wires and they hurt. You can orient the brush to make the wires fly off away from you.Watch out for kick back using the wheel.A face shield or at least good safety goggles are a must. The toes and fingers are 1/4" mild steel rod welded to a short piece of 3/8" re-rod. The tail is 3/16" mild steel rod. The rest is .032" mild steel sheet. I welded on the facial features like hair and eyes.I need to invest in some Permalac.
