Here is the project I'm working on now. This is one of four sculpture/signs for a nature center in Lincoln, NE. This is the Prairie sign. It is constructed out of cor ten steel and will be left to patina naturally. Many of the pieces were laser cut to reduce labor costs. The vegetation was formed cold with a hossfeld bender and textured with a plasma torch using a gouging tip. There are three more, a Wetland, Forest, and Welcome sign which I'll post as I get to them.
