David thanks for sharing all that wonderfull refined work of Mr. Hung. Exquisite! The way you posted looks like a work on process sequence which is very didactic, but it would be easier to understand, especially for ignorants like me, if you made a list of steps at begining or end of posts. Like for instance:# 1 mashing to such thickness, # 2 pressing till.. # 3 texturing... and so on. Sorry to find you more unrequested work, just an idea, but still appreciate all your sharing. nelson.
