Thank you guys for your comments. The finish is an exclusive copper coating for mild steel that I use on a lot of pieces in my braed and butter products. I am the only one in the world that uses such a finish that I can find in all of the searching and traveling that I have done, many have tried to copy it but have been unable. The snook is completed with only with one of the steps, to give it a nice copper/bronze transparent glow. What is really cool is I can tint or airbush a piece before I coat it and it shows through I will put up a picture of a rainbow trout mirror that I did that will show you what I mean. Hope you don't mind the wildlife thing I do very well with that type of work so it is most of the kind of work that I do right now. I am not complaining, it is fun but I feel like I am in a box and my mind is itching to do the things that I can't stop thinking about. CW » reply Masterfully executed wall

Masterfully executed wall sculpture! Both in craftsmanship and design. The grind marks really add a wonderful shimmering texture and the added lower fins with the chased indentations give depth to the art. Well done! » reply |

Curtis, I really like your
Curtis,
I really like your work; you have a very good eye for the essential elements of design for a given piece. That translates to very clean, visually strong pieces with no wasted frills or unnecessary elements. Very nice! I wish I had your ability to see the essence of things.
