Very nice clean design.
Is this to code?or maybe it doesn't have to be.
Where I am in Sonoma County,Ca. they are often quite stringent in adhering to the local code requirements. Those bumps on the top of each post for example would not pass. The handrail must be smooth throughout. These obsessive and controlling requirements are a HUGE impediment to BEAUTY.
