yes its done on the cnc plasma, I wanted to be able to reproduce efficiently. I've had the machine about a year now. in the past I've made and helped on a couple hundred lights, all by hand, I just really wanted to come up with a way to expedite the process but keep hand made quality.

Hey Matt- love the lights. I 've done a fair amount of fixtures in the past and I have to say I love making them. Just the right amount of precision and tedium for my tastes. What material are you using there. Looks like it might be 18 or 16 ga. I'll post some pics of my shop after this big push is over. My clients evidently don't like it when I go home.

Nathan, They are all 12ga

They are all 12ga except the little leafs on the corners are 14ga and of course the scrolls are 3/8 X 1 1/4 flat bar.
and ah.. clients, ya this time of year is always my busiest too, everybody want a finishing touch or new conversation piece for the holiday's, fun stuff.
