One mold/ 2 burns / hollow casting prep

bpfink  These are three individual pieces being done about the same way.   An additional wind of chicken wire is added to the outside to extend it up higher.  The new wax poured in and then out has formed the thinner walls and the air vents, main feeder sprue and inner core is about to be poured making this investment to be both wider and about 6 inches taller than seen here.  The amount of time this system saves in huge.  The finger print detail and surface textures of the original wax is of course maintained since there has not been any secondary molding used. There also has not been any costly Silicon RTV or rubber or latex etc.used to do it.  It is only good for one time unique casts but those are the only kind I usually do anyhow.   bpf
