The technique used to color the flowers in the background is most often referred to as "flame painting". Doesn't hurt to have a little hydrogen peroxide and or some liver of sulphur around, though. Great colors with or without. Practice practice practice...work some play some let others try to figure out which one you're doing. Brad

Nice leaves Brad. To me they look great as autum leaves. Love the patina and the look of a bunch of them as you showèm. Conveys a natural effect you know. How you plan to keep that patina, polyurathane, or what? Big issue with keeping flame colors. Nelson
