I agree with Marilyn that flowers would be overkill.
This is just right to my eye in every way,patina,composition,flow...
I think you said it's 3 ft. high.
The only thing I would be concerned about would be if it's potentially a liability. I mean if somebody fell on it (heaven forbid).

3' high but sitting on a

3' high but sitting on a 2'ish wall, so fingers crossed they'll not manage to get impaled. It's also up againsty pretty dense shrubbery on the inside of the property.
