Anyone seen theese gates before?

Found theese gates whilst looking for inspiration for a Polo Trophy. They were on Flicker but had no details. Has anyone seen them before or know who made them. I think they are amazing and would love to see more work by the same artist. Very inspirational.

Dear Michelle and Andy,
This is a rather obscure connection,but those horses look very much like the style of a Russian guy (whose name escapes me),but he's in this new book out:

I know because I'm in it too.
I don't have my copy yet so I don't know his name but he's WORLD CLASS...
I don't know where you guys live but I'm sure you could get someone closer if you're trying to get some thing made...
