One of the coolest aspects of this design that I altered was to make the cap rail from steel channel ,so that after we were completely finished and it was completely installed,the whole rail was threaded with rope light ,all hidden up above every scroll but beneath the cap rail. When the whole mansion was lit up at night it was a beautiful sight...
